PTFE Lined Butterfly Valves

BFV01-PTFE

The world's leading modular PTFE-lined butterfly valve, built to the highest quality standards for safe handling of aggressive media.

• Safe handling of corrosive media thanks to a unique sealing system

• A regulating pressure package guarantees the specified contact pressure and maximum tightness over the entire lifetime of the equipment

• Specially designed for use with aggressive media such as chlorine gas, hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid

Above-average overall performance thanks to a technically proven but constantly improved sealing system

Advantageous design principle

Reduced friction and increased service life thanks to spherical design elements

Rounded and polished sealing surfaces of the disc reduce the torque and allow the use of smaller and cheaper actuators

•The one-piece valve disc, precisely dimensioned to within tenths of a millimeter, always remains securely anchored in the valve

Injection molded elastomer inserts with a complex design ensure maximum tightness over an increased service life
